PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new and useful NTP analog having a structural similarity to nucleoside triphosphate(NTP) and a function of electrophilicity, and to provide a method for producing the same, more concretely, a new and useful APT analog having a structural similarity to adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) and having a function of electrophilicity and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This nucleotide analog is obtained by substituting a phosphorus atom at theγ-position (orδ-position) of a nucleotide containing 3 or 4 phosphate groups at the 5' position of a saccharide with a boron atom and an oxygen atom between theγ-position andβ-position (or between theδ-position and theγ-position) with a CF2 group or a CH2 group. This method for producing the nucleotide analog is provided. This specific intermediate in the method for producing the nucleotide analog is provided.
