PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light-curable transparent conductive coating which uses ITO superfine particles produced by a specific production method, has excellent dispersion stability in a hydrophilic organic solvent selected from alcohols and ethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers, and gives coating films having excellent transparency, hazes, and surface resistances. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet light-curable transparent conductive coating characterized by adding and dispersing 100 pts.wt. of a solid content comprising 60 to 95 wt.% of ITO superfine particles produced by an arc plasma method and having an average particle diameter of 10 to 60 nm and 5 to 40 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate compound having at least two acryloyl or methacryloyl groups in the molecule in 150 to 900 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic organic solvent selected from alcohols and ethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers.
