PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable halogen-containing rubber composition which can be crosslinked to provide a crosslinked product having little compression set and excellent heat aging resistance, and is excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a halogen-containing rubber (A), 0.1-15 parts by weight of a 1,3-dithiol compound (B) represented by formula 1 or 2 and an acid catch agent (C). (wherein X is oxygen or sulfur, Y is -(CH2)n- or -(CH2)a-(C=O)-(CH2)b-, n is an integer of 1 or more, a and b are each 0 or an integer of 1 or more, X is oxygen or sulfur, and Z1 and Z2 are each an alkyl group).
