PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an energy loss, to reduce the size and the weight of a device, and to enable coping with the increase of an operation speed, in a device for transferring workpieces, in order, to a plurality of work delivery parts arranged at equal intervals. SOLUTION: A frame 37 is horizontally reciprocated by a frame drive part 38. A plurality of workpiece grasping heads 33 loaded on the frame 37 are moved to a workpiece delivery part 31. The workpiece holding head 31 moved to a position above the delivery part 31 effects delivery of the workpiece to the delivery part 31 through vertical movement of the grasping head 33 through reciprocating movement in a horizontal direction of a cam plate 39 by a cam plate driving part 42.
