PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method and a bending system capable of eliminating a working mistake during the bending works. SOLUTION: The bending information decided in the case of preparing a bending program by a controller 9 of a bending machine 7 is transmitted to a controller 13 of a blanking machine 11, in the blanking machine 11, blanking for work is performed, further, the bending information of identifying front/rear, bending order, peak/valley of bending line, etc., for a work is marked. The work is bent by the bending machine 7 in accordance with the bending information while an operator confirms the bending information on a surface of the work marked, thus, the bending mistake is reduced.
