PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of liquid-drops injected from an injection nozzle part by promoting blending action of a cleaning liquid with a gas at a trumpet part formed in front of a minimum diameter part of the injection nozzle part by efficiently transferring the energy of a gas stream to the liquid-drops by using a pressurized gas and further to prevent the generation of clogging in a passage when particulates are injected as a cleaning medium. SOLUTION: The trumpet part constituted of inclined parts 3, 4 of multi-steps is formed in front of the minimum diameter part 2 of the injection nozzle part 1, a gas injection port 5 is formed so as to be opened at a midway of the trumpet part along the inclined part 3. The inclined part 4 whose tilt angle to an axis lie of the injection nozzle part 1 is smaller than an injection angle of the gas injection port 5, is interposed between the gas injection port 5 and the minimum diameter part 2 and further an injection port 9 of the cleaning liquid is formed inside the gas injection port 5. A curved surface part may be adopted instead of the inclined parts 3, 4 of multi-steps. Small amount of a liquid is poured into a passage of the pressurized gas between an injection part of the particulates and a cleaning nozzle to prevent clogging of the particulates.
