PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material for a heat exchanger having excellent corrosion resistance, in which forming workability before brazing is excellent, brazing is easily performed and strength after brazing is high. SOLUTION: This clad material has a material constitution in which a brazing filler metal 4 is clad at least on the side of an intermediate layer material 3 in the double layer structure of a core material 2 and the intermediate layer material 3, the core material 2 is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.55 to 1.6% Mn, 0.06 to 0.6% Mg, 0.06 to 0.30% Ti, 0.01 to 0.15% Si and 0.01 to 0.3% Fe, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, the intermediate layer material 3 is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.55 to 0.9% Mg, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and the brazing filler metal 4 is composed of an aluminum alloy containing Si.
