PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head skin massage band which is effective for preventing or suppressing the loss of hair and promoting the growth of hair by improving the circulation of the blood, which is easily attached/detached and fixed to the head and has good air permeability. SOLUTION: The head skin massage band is constituted by connecting a band 10 and a manual pump 30. The band 10 is formed into an annular shape out of stretchable fabrics and also formed in the shape of bag to house an internal tube 40. The range of the band 10 from the side head to the front head is divided into upper and lower bands at fixed intervals and the upper band is inclined along the head. The internal tube 40 is spirally formed in two lines from the downside of the rear head of the band 10 along a lower band 12 and an upper band 14. By repeating feeding and discharging air to/from the internal tube 40 by using the manual pump 30, massage by means of expansion and contraction or relative displacement between the lower band 12 and the upper band 14 is repeated.
