PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer giving a compounded rubber excellent in processability such as roll processability and extrusion processability, good in molding surface and excellent in adhesive property. SOLUTION: A rubber composition comprises (A) a lower molecular weigh copolymer rubber (a) and a higher molecular weight copolymer rubber (b) wherein (B) the lower molecular weigh copolymer rubber (a) is an ethylene/α-olefin/ nonconjugated diene copolymer having 0.4-1.6 dl/g of a limiting viscosity measured in decalin at 135 deg.C, (C) the higher molecular weight copolymer rubber (b) is an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated diene copolymer having 60-150 of Mooney viscosity, (D) difference of iodine numbers between the lower molecular weigh copolymer rubber (a) and the higher molecular weight copolymer rubber (b) is not more than 5, (E) a weight ratio [(a)/(b)] of the lower molecular weigh copolymer rubber (a) to the higher molecular weigh copolymer rubber (b) is 50/50-80/20, and (F) Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) is 20-50.
