PURPOSE: To realize a multifunctional sound system in which the quality of voice, music, and the like, does not deteriorate even if a low frequency signal and a high frequency signal are excited simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A stator 30 is provided at the outer circumferential part of a frame 11 having a central part provided with a rotor shaft 16. In a magnetic circuit comprising at least one permanent magnet, a concentric tubular first air gap magnetically engaging with a voice coil 15 bonded to a speaker diaphragm 14 is provided and a concentric tubular second air gap magnetically engaging with the stator 30 on the outside of the first gap is provided with respect to a rotor 20. The rotor 20 is provided with a weight 24 eccentrically so that a large shaking force is generated centrifugally for the rotor shaft 16 of the rotor 20.
