PURPOSE: To provide an efficient maintenance and management system of heat supply facilities for performing sure analysis. CONSTITUTION: The heat supply facilities 1 are provided with a control unit 5 attached to the heat supply facilities 1 and a modem 6 on a facility side interposed between the control unit 5 and a communication channel 4. Also, a management base 3 is provided with management equipment 7 for managing the heat supply facilities 1 and the modem 8 on a base side interposed between the management equipment 7 and the communication channel 4. At the time of receiving abnormality generation data transmitted from the control unit 5, the management equipment 7 further receives detailed information data regarding the abnormality of the heat supply facilities 1 from the control unit 5 and the management equipment 7 itself analyzes the received detailed information data and generates restoration data for restoring the heat supply facilities 1 with abnormality.
