PURPOSE: An apparatus for condensing oil is provided to improve the efficiency of condensation, to eliminate the danger of fire, and to prevent the absorption of tar. CONSTITUTION: The oil condensing apparatus comprises an oil condensing tank(1) containing oil(3) and in which a heat exchanger(2) is installed. A connecting pipe(5) connected with a pump(4) is vertically installed on the side of the oil condensing tank, and a gas input pipe(6) into which gas generated during the dry distillation of waste material is connected to the connecting pipe by interposing an ejector. A gas discharge pipe(7) and a drain valve(8) are provided at the top surface and the bottom surface of the oil condensing tank respectively.
