PURPOSE: A method for instructing a driver is provided for a user to efficiently learn various questions related to a car and technical education for safe driving on-line and off-line. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses and joins a web site(100,120). If the user joins the web site as a generic member, on-line service is provided to him(160). In case that the user joins the web site as a regular member, the web site provides both on-line service and off-line service. In case that the user becomes a generic member of the web site, the web site provides on-line driving school service to him(162). If the user selects an on-line driving school curriculum and an educational level, the web site provides technical moving picture service to him. Also the web site provides on-line maintenance education service to the generic member(164). In order to get the on-line maintenance education service, the user selects an on-line maintenance education curriculum. Then the user selects a desired course.
