摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hybrid solar battery wherein deterioration of curve factor and output can be restrained. SOLUTION: A transparent board (1) on which a transparent electrode layer (2) is formed is irradiated with a first laser beam, and a first scribe line is formed on the transparent electrode layer. After a photoelectric conversion layer (3) constituted of an amorphous silicon based photoelectric conversion layer (31) and polycrystalline silicon based photoelectric conversion layer (32) is formed on the transparent electrode layer (2), irradiation with a second laser beam is performed from a transparent board side, and a second scribe line is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer (3). When irradiation with a third laser beam is performed from the transparent board side and a third scribe line is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer (3) and a back electrode layer (4) after the back electrode layer (4) is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer (3), irradiation with the third laser beam is so performed that 30-70% of the third scribe line is overlapped with the second scribe line.</p>
