PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying electric power to a moving structure which can be efficiently and easily operated by a few workers. SOLUTION: The apparatus provides a drum installing part 1 installed in the moving structure and electrically connected to the moving structure, a drum unit 4 having a drum 3 in which a drawn cable 2 for supplying electric power to the moving structure, is wound. The drum unit 4 is detachably installed in the drum installing part 1. The apparatus also provides the first connector 9 provided in the drum installing part 1 to electrically connect the moving structure with the drawn cable 2, the second connector provided at an end 30 for beginning of winding the drawn cable 2 on the drum 3, the third connector provided at an end for finishing of winding the drawn cable 2 and a power supply electrically connected to the drawn cable 2.
