<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor by eliminating the necessity of judging a polarity again in a step following winding and easing handling of the solid electrolytic capacitor in the following steps. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pinching mechanism 2 which pinches a solid electrolytic capacitor 10 and removes it from a winder 9, and moves a material 11 to be welded in a manner that lead wires 10a are arranged in the same direction of polarity and only lead wires 10a on the anode side may be laid overlapping the material 11, while they are directed at right angle in the lengthwise direction of the material 11 with a specified length or parallel to the plane direction thereof, a welding device 3 which pinches the material 11 and lead wires 10a on the anode side with a pair of disc electrodes 61 and 62 that are vertically arranged rotatable intermittently and welds them, and a device 4 for feeding a material to be welded which pitch-feeds the material 11 immediately after the lead wire 10a is welded.</p> |
