PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve barrier resistance to a physical barrier by (n) multiplexing networks and to provide a band that is approximately (n) times larger than a single network. SOLUTION: A process control table 12 outside a device having the entire process information of the device connected to the network is provided at each device, a control table 13 for transmission and a transmission number control table 14 are provided at a transmission-side device 10, and a control table 23 for reception and a local memory 24 for reception are provided at a reception- side device 20. A transmission-side process 11 being present at the transmission- side device 10 acquires information from each table when transmitting messages, and constantly transmits the messages only to a specific network. A network reception process 21 being present at the reception-side device 20 receives the messages from all networks 30, acquires information from the table, verifies the reception of the same message, and distributes the messages to a reception- side process 22.
