PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor simulation deck generator which can ease modification of library by changing a semiconductor simulation library in a hierarchical structure. SOLUTION: This semiconductor simulation deck generator 10 is provided with a display 11, an input 12, an input/output control unit 13, a storage part 14, a simulation deck generator program executing part 15, and a network interface 16. A semiconductor simulation library is changed into a hierarchical structure and files necessary to be modified for upgrading the version of a simulator are intensively collected in a specified hierarchy, permitting easy modification.
