PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrode mix capable of manufacturing high-performance electrode suited to the use in organic electrolyte at high manufacturing efficiency in nonaqueous electrochemical device such as a nonaqueous battery and an electric double layer capacitor. SOLUTION: This electrode mix is so formed that, after solvent or dilute solution of vinylidene fluoride copolymer is impregnated into, at least, a powdered conductive material in a powdered electrode material beforehand, the powdered electrode material containing a powdered electrode main material and the powdered conductive material, and electrode mix composed of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer and the solvent are mixed to the residual components including the main part of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer.
