<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking managing apparatus, capable of improving services for a user of a parking lot by enabling the user to freely utilize a parking zone within the time corresponding to adjusted parking rates. SOLUTION: When the first control part of terminal equipment receivers an adjustment completion signal from the second control part of a rate adjuster in S6, a lock plate set erect for blocking the exiting of a parked vehicle is made to be tipped down. The first control part decides whether a vehicle has exited, before the lapse of parking unit time in S8 and S10; and if the vehicle has not exited, the lock plate is maintained in the lying state but if the vehicle has exited, on the other hand, the terminal equipment is returned into state before parking of the vehicle in S9.</p> |
