PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for development of an antenna by enabling the antenna to be constructed with radiation elements of one kind of shape, and improve the radiation characteristics. SOLUTION: A circularly polarized wave antenna 11 is so constituted that, on an upper layer print substrate 51 in a cylindrical radome 50, a radiant element 11A and a radiant element 11B are arranged on the same axial line in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical radome 50 with an interval of roughly half-way length of the used frequency. The radiation element 11A has a degeneracy separation element 13 on the opposite position of a radiant conductor 12, and the opposite axis of the degeneracy separation element 13 is aligned such that it forms 45 degrees in relation to the axis line of the cylindrical redome 50. The radiation element 11B is arranged in the position obtained when the radiation conductor 12 of the same shape as the radiation element 11A is rotated at 90 degrees in relation to the radiation element 11A.
