PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured heating device which does not require a complicated heater control, and wherein uniformity of temperature of a heating surface is very superior. SOLUTION: The heating device is prepared so that the heat conductivity in a heating surface direction looked from a heat generating element 1 becomes higher than that in the other direction looked from the heat generating element body 1, and the heating device is obtained wherein a very high thermal homogeneity can be realized than before.
