PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder-reproducer which can easily record information recorded on an information recording card on a disk and also can record and reproduce the information at a low cost. SOLUTION: This information recorder-reproducer connected to an information processor which allows a disk to record and reproduce information is provided with a card connection means which performs connection of an information recording card, an unrecorded area detection means which detects an unrecorded area of the information recording card and a buffer means which uses the unrecorded area detected by the unrecorded area detection means as a buffer when recording the information.
