PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the display quality and realize a high precision display of a plasma display panel based on gas discharge by applying an oxide film of Mg0 having a high crystallization to a protection layer. SOLUTION: A MgO film that has a high crystallization is formed by periodically increasing and decreasing the filming speed of Mg or MgO in the decompressed oxygen atmosphere, and then it is used as a protection layer of a plasma display panel for improving the responsibility of gas discharge.
