PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel which has high luminance of blue color and is excellent in color temperature at white color emission. SOLUTION: In order to improve the task of a plasma display panel that the luminance of blue color is low and becomes reddish, the plasma display panel substrate comprises plural electrodes and the dielectric layers covering the electrodes and, further, plural partitions for dividing the discharge space which are formed on the substrate. In the plasma display panel, blue color PDP member is used for the barrier ribs and also the blue color member is used for the rear panel.
