PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a pigment-bonded phosphor, which can reduce leaving of the pigment and coagulation of the phosphor itself, therefore, it improves dispersibility of the phosphor in a slurry. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the pigment-bonded phosphor comprises the steps of: adding a gelatin water solution to a phosphor slurry formed by dispersing the phosphor in water and then adjusting pH to be 3.4-6.0; adding a pigment slurry, formed by dispersing the pigment in water, to the resultant in order to bond the pigment to the phosphor; adding an acryl emulsion to the resultant and then adjusting pH. The amount of the gelatin is 0.01-0.1pts.wt. based on the 100pts.wt. of the phosphor and the amount of the acryl emulsion is 0.01-0.15pts.wt. based on the 100pts.wt. of the phosphor. |
