The invention proposes methods and materials for producing lactic acid. In particular, the invention proposes different recombinant yeast cells, in which at least transformed exogenase gene, which codes lactatehydrogenase, and which are Krebtry-negative. Also, the invention proposes methods for cultivation of such yeast cells, methods for producing recombinant yeast cells and structures of nucleic acids.
