PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low-cost 360-degree image processing system by which surveillance and observation can be performed with covering a 360-degree field of vision by a single system and three-dimensional information data can be prepared by combining the data with two-dimensional cartographic information data easily and at a low cost. SOLUTION: A subject which is positioned in the direction perpendicular to a central axis of a reflector in the shape of a cone or a frustum of a cone is reflected by the reflector in the direction of the central axis, is guided by a photoelectric transfer unit and is converted into electricity to obtain image data. The image data obtained is transmitted to a data processing unit for compensating distortion, and a modified image data corresponding to its actual size is obtained. Position data from a GPS receiver is integrated into the image data from the photoelectric transfer unit and the image data after distortion compensation and the position data of its image data is analyzed and computed. A three-dimensional cartographic information data is prepared by adding factors concerning the height to a two-dimensional cartographic data. |
