<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism in an inexpensive cassette loading device simply structured while the device is miniaturized. SOLUTION: A pair of support arms 32 and 33 (34 and 35) are installed in both sides of a holder 31 for supporting the holder 31 detachably holding a tape cassette 2 so as to be moved from a first position for attaching/detaching the tape cassette 2 to a second position for magnetic recording/reproducing, and the ends of the support arms 32 and 34 of the pairs of support arms 32 and 33, and 34 and 35 are connected to each other by a reinforcing shaft 47. A lock lever 60 is installed so as to be moved in the axial direction of the reinforcing shaft 47 and, by this lock lever 60, a rotary casing 51 moved associatively with the holder 31 is locked in the second position.</p> |
