<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the photoelectric conversion power of an organic semiconductor thin film solar cell to realize the high photoelectric energy conversion efficiency of the solar cell. SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor layer 1 is a codeposition thin film, which consists of a metal-free phthalocyanine pigment (H2Pc) and a perylene pigment (Me-PTC) and is formed by mixing the H2Pc with the Me-PTC in the mixing ratio of 1:1. A metallic electrode 2 consisting of a semitransparent gold deposition film is formed on the surface of one side of the surfaces of the layer 1 and an ITO deposition film, which is a transparent electrode, is formed on the other surface of the layer 1 as a metallic electrode 3.</p> |
