<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket fixable onto a substrate freely removably while electrically connecting an IC device. SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive sheet 4 housed inside a frame 5 and the IC device 10 are placed on the substrate 11 arranged on a base plate 1 via a collar 21, and then, covered with a pressing plate 6, while a groove 22a of a rotation stop metal fitting 22 is fitted to an edge 6a of the pressing plate 6, and under this condition, a screw 2 passed through the base plate 1 from the rotation stop metal fitting 22 is fastened. In this way, the IC device 10 is connected to wiring on the substrate 11 via the anisotropic conductive sheet 4, while a space 23 is formed below the substrate 11 by mean of the collar 21 arranged on the base plate 1.</p> |
