PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data transmission suitable for copyright protection wherein cipher decoding is difficult. SOLUTION: Continuous data block as transmitting data is made random in a data block in which positions where additive data are added are continuous by adding the additive data to a data block selected at random. Consequently, a position where 'data whose original contents are evident' are arranged cannot be known in encrypted data under transmission, so that encoding cryptographic algorithm is made difficult. |
