PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system which is capable of ensuring reliability for data received via a network. SOLUTION: An information transfer system 100 is composed of transmission control devices 21 and 22 which are connected together with a satellite circuit 30, a dedicated line 40, and a public telephone line 50 which are all separate from each other. Then data are transmitted from the transmission control device 22 to the transmission control device 21, data are sent out from the transmission control device 21 to all the satellite circuit 30, the dedicated line 40, and the public telephone line 50, the transmission control device 21 receives data via the satellite circuit 30, the dedicated line 40, and the public telephone line 50 respectively, stores them all, and collates them with each other. When different data are detected, data received via the transmission lines other than one through which the different data are received are extracted.
