PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal and optical power generator which an improve power generation efficiency by optimizing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of each cell, even if temperature distribution of emitter is ununiform. SOLUTION: This thermal and optical power generator comprises a combustion cylinder generates combustion gas from an internal burner, an emitter which is disposed surrounding the combustion cylinder and is heated with the combustion gas to generate radiation beam and a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells, which are disposed surrounding the emitter to conduct photoelectric conversion by receiving the radiated beam from the emitter. Each photoelectric conversion cell, provided counterposed each position of the emitter, is disposed to provided maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency, depending on the intensity of the emitted light of each position. |
