PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the damage of a contactor due to double insertion of a card-shaped foreign matter and an IC card, and to correctly bring the contactor into contact to the terminal of the IC card with an equal contact pressure even when the card having a large bend is inserted. SOLUTION: Even when an IC card is inserted in a state that a card-shaped foreign matter 2 which is shorter than normal length is jammed at the deep part, the inserting force of the IC card 1 is transmitted to a coil spring 94 by a contactor block 70 so that the IC card 1 can be elastically deformed and moved upward. Therefore, the IC card 1 can pass between a contactor 80 and the foreign matter 2. |
