PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection precision and to shorten searching time required for detecting correct frame boundary and scramble code. SOLUTION: A mobile station inputs a reception signal to a matched filter 501 corresponding to PSC and an averaging processing part among plural slots 502 averages a plurality of slots for reducing the influence of noise and interference. An averaging processing part among plural searches 504 averages a plurality of searches after a plurality of slots are averaged. Then, a peak detector 203 selects timing whose average correlation value is the largest so as to detect a slot boundary.
