PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric discharge lamp driving equipment which can obtain luminescence having good efficiency and excellent stability, by solving problems, such as flicker generating of an outside electrode fluorescence lamp at the time of lighting, or the like. SOLUTION: The electric discharge lamp driving equipment is constituted of a rectangle wave switching circuit 8 connected to a direct current power source 7 in series, a pulse transformer 9 which is inputted with drive signals A and B outputted from the above rectangle wave switching circuit 8, and two or more fluorescence lamps 10a, 10b, and 10C which are arranged and connected in parallel, between the secondary side terminals of the above pulse transformer 9, and at least one side of which discharging electrodes are arranged in the perimeter side faces of the luminescence lamps. |
