PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic speaker one end of a voice coil of which is adhered and fixed to a diaphragm that prevents the voice coil from being fallen off without deteriorating its acoustic characteristic. SOLUTION: Through-holes 12c are formed to an adhered fixed part of a diaphragm 12 with a voice coil 16 and an adhesive 24 is applied to both upper and lower sides of the diaphragm 12 via each through-hole 12c in the case of adhering and fixing an upper end part 16a of the voice coil 16 to the diaphragm 12. Thus, the adhesive 24 acts like not only an adhesion means but also a lock means so that the fixed strength of the voice coil 16 to the diaphragm 12 can considerably be increased in comparison with a conventional method of mere adhering and fixing the upper end 16a of the voice coil 16 to the diaphragm 12.
