METHOD FOR PRESERVING SCAN DATA IN PC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving scan data in a PC by which the scan data read in a scanner device can be preserved in a prescribed folder not shared on a network in the PC of a user without interposing a server. SOLUTION: An operating system and software for scan data reception are stored in the PC. In the case that the scan data are sent from the scanner device to the PC, the software for the scan data reception receives them and stores them in a scan data storage folder registered in the PC beforehand.
