PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of the seek noise to a voice signal recorded on a disk recording medium. SOLUTION: A voice signal processing circuit 32 is provided with a signal processing circuit 66 for receiving the voice signal produced by a microphone (not shown in the Figure) and applying the well-known signal process thereto for supplying to an amplifier 68 and a switch 70, the amplifier 68 for supplying the voice signal received from the signal processing circuit 66 to the switch 70 by attenuating it by a factor k, and the switch 70 for outputting either one of the voice signals received from the signal processing circuit 66 and the amplifier 68 on the basis of a control signal from a microcomputer (not shown in the Figure). The voice signal outputted from the switch 70 is recorded on a magneto-optical disk by the optical pickup. Then, the control signal outputting the voice signal received from the amplifier 68 is supplied to the switch 70 by the microcomputer at the time of seek operation of the optical pickup (not shown the Figure).
