DIELECTRIC COMPOSITE CERAMIC AND HIGH FREQUENCY CIRCUIT DEVICE AND COMPONENT USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a transmission and reception circuit which operates in small propagation loss condition in millimetric wave band by forming a waveguide channel part combining plural dielectric ceramics which have different dielectric constant. SOLUTION: A dielectric composite ceramic is constructed by mounting different plural dielectric ceramics of a void content 5% or under and a specific dielectric constant 10 or over and 20 or under or dielectric ceramics of a specific dielectric constant 30 or over and 50 or under which are partially covered by dielectric material on or inside the dielectric board of porosity 20% or over and specific dielectric constant 6 or under. The dielectric composed ceramic forms a desired high frequency circuit device by combining with an active device which operates in millimetric wave band.
