PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a long time is taken if a user is unfamiliar and communication expenses more than necessary are needed, because the Internet connection is first made and a banner advertisement is subsequently clicked in the conventional banner advertisement on the Internet and that the advertisement often occupies the whole screen and its image is hard to look at. SOLUTION: When personal computer software is executed, an advertisement can be displayed over part or the whole of the screen of the personal computer software, and when the advertisement is clicked, connection is made to an information communication line such as the Internet and a display size can freely be selected in regard to the advertisement on the screen. Then, the cost of the personal computer software can be reduced or made free, communication expenses can be saved to bring about a reduction in cost, convenience is improved because the size can be freely selected, the screen can easily be seen, a consumer can quickly correspond to an advertiser, the advertisement is made to be convenient to utilize and the advertiser can quickly correspond to the consumer. |
