PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation support method that is highly convenient to both a user side and a facility side. SOLUTION: An information processing center 6 reads facility preference information recorded in a database 62 and/or a module 1, and determines the optimum facility 5 among grouped facilities 5 by a statistical method. Then a member selects whether or not it is transferred to the information processing system (appointment system) of the facility 5.
