PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting an agency business for preparation of a contract by which the contract is easily prepared even if a person concerned does not search for an expert and does not create wording one by one. SOLUTION: Form document data of the contract including description items which can be commonly used and a contract information processing server 10 capable of storing pieces of document data of individual contracts and correcting the stored pieces of document data of the individual contracts as consulting the expert are provided on the side of an agency, the stored pieces of form document data are taken out via a network 20 by accessing the contract information processing server 10 from user terminals 31, 32, original texts of the individual contracts are prepared by entering the description items to be entered by every contract and the data can be transmitted so as to be stored in the contract information processing server 10. |
