PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way wireless utility technology that can receive advertisement information sent via a portable telephone network to a comparatively narrow range. SOLUTION: A two-way wireless system that can output a wide area arrival radio wave and a narrow area arrival radio wave is installed in a shop. On the other hand, when a user carrying a portable telephone able to have a session with the two-way wireless system walks, the portable telephone with its terminal ID receiving the wide area arrival radio wave has a session, denoting that the portable telephone senses a wide area session output, with the two-way wireless system. The two-way wireless system transmits the terminal ID to a data center. The data center identifies the portable telephone number from the terminal ID and transmits shop's advertisement information to the portable telephone. When a user of the portable telephone receiving the advertisement information is interested in the advertisement, the user visits the shop. Then, the user receiving the narrow area arrival radio wave has a session with the shop. Thus, the shop can verify the effect of the advertisement.
