PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit provision information which is capable of being displayed by the language desired by a user, and to enhance convenience and the utilization frequency of a technically standardized terminal. SOLUTION: A designated language is transmitted to a gateway 50 for language control, in a communication common carrier controller 20 from a terminal 10, so as to be registered in a storage part 53. By information utilization and connection request from the terminal 10, the designated language is fetched from the storage part 53 by a control part 52 in the gateway 50 for language control. The provision information, which is received from an information provider server 40 via a communication network 30 and the fetched designated language are sent to a collation part 54 from the control part 52. In the collation part 54, a language which is capable of displaying the input provision information is collated with the designated language. When both agree as a result of their collation, the provision information is transmitted to the terminal 10. When both do not agree, the provision information is transmitted by a message to the effect that both do not agree, or by a language other than the designated language. |
