PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type broadcast service system that warrants sure checking in an information distribution service using a storage medium and provides a service with high convenience to users. SOLUTION: The reception storage device 11 of this invention has exclusive storage areas in one physical or logical unit or more for assignment to a storage channel. Furthermore, the reception storage device 11 is provided with a storage channel management section 101 that manage storage channels, a reservation processing section 102 that reserves reception of information of the storage channels, a reception section 103 that receives information, a storage management section 104 that manages the received information and stores the relation between a reference name and a storage name, and a storage channel operation application section 105 that realizes functions required for the storage type broadcast service based on the information managed by the storage channel management section 101.
