PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct deviation between the phase of a returned video signal and the phase of a main track video signal image picked-up by a television camera, by using a more inexpensive circuit constitution according to the length of a camera cable through which the returned video signal is transmitted in a television camera device. SOLUTION: The attenuation rate of a signal transmitted from a television camera device through a camera cable to a camera adjusting device is detected by a cable length detecting circuit built in the camera adjusting device, so that the deviation of the phase of a returned video signal can be corrected based on the attenuation rate.
