COMMUNICATION LINE CONNECTING METHOD OF CONNECTION-TYPE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, USER STATION AND CENTER STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disconnect an up link during the communication of a down link in a session and to reduce specific charging regarding the up link as to the connection-type communication system, where the up and down outgoing links are set individually. SOLUTION: A user station monitors signals of the down line and up link and sends an up-link disconnection request to a center station if a signal of the up link is not detected within a prescribed time during the reception of distributed information from the down link. The center station having received the up-link disconnection request, while carrying on the distributed information transmission to the down link disconnects the up link in the physical layer. The user station, after confirming that the up link is disconnected monitors a transmit signal from a user terminals, while sending the distributed information from the down link to the user terminals, and connects the up link when the transmit signal of the user terminal is detected to transmit the signal.
