PURPOSE: Provided is a hydrophilic treatment composition for a fin of a heat exchanger, which has corrosion-resistance, hydrophilicity, hydrophilicity keeping property, and antimicrobial property. CONSTITUTION: The hydrophilic treatment composition comprises: a hydrophilic resin produced by neutralizing a copolymer(A) and a copolymer(B) by a basic compound and then mixing the copolymer(A) and the copolymer(B) in the weight ratio of 100:5-120 based on the solid, wherein the copolymer(A) comprises a monomer containing a metal salt, a monomer containing a hydroxy group, and a monomer containing a carboxyl group and the copolymer(B) comprises a monomer containing an amide group, a monomer containing a phosphoric acid compound, the monomer containing the hydroxy group, the monomer containing the carboxyl group, and a monomer containing a nitrile group; a curing agent selected from polyglycidyl ether; an antimicrobial agent produced by ionizing or adsorbing an antimicrobial metal to an oxide of a metal such as Zn, Na, Ag. The weight ratio of the hydrophilic resin, the curing agent, and the antimicrobial agent is 100:5-100:0.1-15 based on the solid. |
